Tanya is a graduate of York University where she completed a double degree in Business and Psychology, specializing in cognitive behaviour. She is also a certified nutritionist and an accomplished life coach. Tanya has been working in the fitness industry for the past 6 years, focusing on teaching yoga, barre, and dance. Her passion for movement has her working in boutique studios and businesses across the GTA. Tanya is also a new author and has just had her first book published for self motivation and inspiration; challenging others to become better aware of their truth to reach their fullest potential.
