Looking for a dessert that actually tastes good but won’t leave you feeling guilty? You’ve come to the right place. We’ve mixed up a vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free recipe for you to enjoy. We know you’re probably busy working out and don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. This recipe is only four ingredients and takes almost no time to prepare.

2 Ripe Bananas
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Scoop Plant Strong Chocolate Protein
Step 1: Preheat your oven (just as you would take your pre-workout)
Step 2: Mix all of the ingredients (bananas, unsweetened apple sauce, cocoa powder, Plant Strong Protein) in a food processor or blender until a smooth consistency is formed (consistency is important, just like mixing your favourite smoothie)
Step 3: Lightly grease a pan with coconut oil or olive oil (like walking into a hot yoga class)
Step 4: Pour your batter into the pan. It will be thick, so make sure your spread it out evenly on the pan (who wants huge arms and skinny legs?)
Step 5: Place them in the oven and cook for 20-22 minutes (the amount of time it takes you to give up on doing cardio)
Step 6: Let them cool (they will seem underdone at first, but we both know how important it is not to overdo it)
Step 7: Cut into pieces and enjoy! (or eat the whole pan, we aren’t here to judge)
